Order Processing


  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or Philippine public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Rates


We currently ship anywhere in the Philippines using trusted courier partners such as Lalamove and LBC.


Our standard shipping rates are:


  • Metro Manila: ₱120
  • Luzon: ₱180
  • Visayas & Mindanao: ₱250


FREE SHIPPING on orders of ₱2,500 and above (within the Philippines).


Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.


Estimated Delivery Time


Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is:


  • Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
  • Luzon: 2–5 business days
  • Visayas & Mindanao: 3–7 business days


Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, or courier-related delays.


Order Tracking


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or message with your tracking number (when available), allowing you to monitor your shipment.


Delivery Address


Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and recipient details are complete and accurate before placing your order. House of Becalm is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.


Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or appropriate resolution.


Shipping Delays


While we strive to deliver all orders on time, House of Becalm is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, courier issues, or other unforeseen events.
