Frequently Asked Questions

How often should Propolis Hair Serum be used?

For best results, it is recommended to use the serum once or twice a week.

Should Propolis Hair Serum be rinsed out?

When used before washing the hair, the serum should not be rinsed out with water alone; instead, wash the hair with shampoo to thoroughly remove excess oil.

If the serum is added to hair dye or shampoo, it is rinsed out during the washing process.

When applied to dry hair ends after styling, no rinsing is required.

How should Propolis Hair Serum be stored?

Store the serum in a dry, dark place at room temperature.

How long does one bottle of Propolis Hair Serum last?

Usage duration depends on frequency of use, but on average, one bottle lasts 3 to 4 months with regular care.

Does the serum contain parabens, silicones, or artificial fragrances?

No. Propolis Hair Serum is 100% natural and contains no parabens, silicones, sulfates, or artificial fragrances.

Is Propolis Hair Serum safe for color-treated hair?

Yes. Propolis Hair Serum is completely safe for color-treated hair and can be used during the coloring process. Adding about 10 drops of serum to hair dye does not affect the color, intensity, or gray coverage. On the contrary, it nourishes the hair during coloring, making it softer, shinier, and protected from dryness.

Can I use the serum if I have a sensitive scalp?

Yes. The serum is formulated with natural ingredients that are gentle on the scalp. However, if you have a known allergy to propolis, it is recommended to perform a patch test on a small area of skin before use.
