-
As hot tea - Dissolve 1 teaspoon (4g) PH cinnamon coco sugar to 250ml hot water. Even better, brew in low fire for 2-3 minutes. To convert into cold tea, reduce water when making hot tea, and then add ice.
-
As substitute sweetener to coffee and drinks - use 1 teaspoon for every 250 ml cup.
-
As substitute sweetener to baking - use the same amount as you would when using cane sugar.
-
Note: At first, your drink will taste slightly sweet only, but keep on using CCS. You will notice that you will adjust to the sweetness of the CCS, while finding that cane sugar becomes very sweet. CCS has just reset your palate.
